Shipping & Returns
1. Global Shipping
We ship our precision-engineered tools to explorers and professionals worldwide.
Discreet Packaging: For security and privacy, all orders are shipped in plain, durable, and unmarked outer packaging.
Processing Time: Standard stock items, typically ship within 2–4 business days. Limited edition or custom-finished items may require additional lead time.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a secure tracking number to monitor your shipment's journey.
2. International Orders & Customs
Compliance: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the purchased tool (e.g., RAPTOR hunting knife or SMT-02 Breacher) complies with local laws and regulations.
Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. SEAMARTEC is not responsible for these charges or for items seized by customs due to local legal restrictions.
3. Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-Day Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your tool (such as the LYNX or SCORPION) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Exclusions: Custom-engraved tools or items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Refund Process: If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect covered under our Warranty Policy, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product with a structural defect in the steel or assembly (e.g., loose bolts on a MOUNTAIN LION FLDR), please contact us immediately at support@seamartec.com with photos of the issue. We will expedite a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
